It also has an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. Alongside the Note 12, Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 12C in India. The phone is a budget smartphone under Rs 10,000.

Redmi Note 12 4G Price in India and Specifications

The Redmi Note 12 4G has been launched in India with two storage options. The base model comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is priced at Rs 14,999. There is also a 6GB + 128GB storage option, which is priced at Rs 16,999. The phone has been launched in three colours — Lunar Black, Frosted Ice Blue and Sunrise Gold.

The Note 12 4G will go on sale from April 6 via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, etc.

The phone sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The screen is flat and has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The phone offers support for a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also has 1200 nits of peak brightness.

Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 685 SoC. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging out of the box. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.

The device sports a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a 50MP f/1.8 Samsung JN1 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 13MP front camera sensor.

The device offers microSD card support for storage expansion of up to 1TB. It also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and runs Android 13-based MIUI 14.

Redmi 12C Price in India and Specifications

The Redmi 12C has been launched with two storage options. The base model has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There is another 128GB storage option with 6GB of RAM. The two storage options are priced at Rs 8,999 and Rs 10,999, respectively. The phone goes on sale from April 6.

The 12C is available in Black, Blue, Purple and Green colours. The phone features a 6.7-inch IPS LCD. It has an HD+ resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels. The phone also sports a tiny waterdrop notch for the front camera. It has a standard 60Hz refresh rate panel, which offers 500 nits of peak brightness.

Under the hood, the 12C has an Helio G85 SoC. It packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging via a micro-USB port. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone also features a dual-camera setup on the back. It comes with a 50MP main camera and a QVGA lens. For selfies, the 12C has a 5MP front camera. It weighs about 192 grams and measures 168.76 x 76.41 x 8.7mm.
