Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has officially launched the Redmi Note 12R Pro smartphone in China as it had promised earlier. This new offering from Xiaomi features an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone comes with up to 12GB of RAM and packs 256GB of internal storage. The handset has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP53 rating, and 33W fast charging support. Redmi Note 12R Pro Pricing, Availability

The Redmi Note 12R Pro is priced at CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs 23,649) in China. The handset comes in sole 12GB RAM + 256GB of storage configuration. The device is available in Black, White, and Gold colour options. It is expected to go on sale in China soon. As of now, Redmi has not announced any details regarding the global availability of this device.

The Redmi Note 12R Pro features a 6.67-inch OLED display that has a Full HD+ 1080×2400 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel has a 1200 nits peak brightness, thin bezels on all sides, and a punch-hole cutout. Powering the smartphone under the hood there’s an octa-core Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor which is coupled with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. As for the software, the device boots Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 UI on top.
