Xiaomi‘s smash hit budget smartphone the Redmi Note 7 Pro has received a new variant. The latest version comes with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Earlier, the phone was only available in the combination of 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. In the last few months, Mi fans have been requesting the Chinese company to release a 6 GB model with 64 GB storage, as not everyone was keen on spending extra for 128 GB storage. The device houses a microSD card slot for an easy upgrade after all.

Revealed during the launch, the base model with 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage costs Rs 13,999. The top model with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage goes for Rs 16,999. The new variant is rightly priced between these two for Rs 15,999. It is ideal for those who think the 4 GB RAM is a bit less and 128 GB storage is a bit too much.
