Redmi the smartphone maker has launched the latest Note 9 series in the home country China. The Redmi Note 9 series consists of Note 9 Pro, Note 9 5G, and Note 9 4G. The highlights of the pro model are 108MP Camera, Snapdragon 750 5G Chipset, 120Hz Display, 33W Fast Charging, and a lot more among the others. Here’s a closer look at the price, specifications, and features of the newly launched Redmi Note 9 Pro, Note 9 5G, and Note 9 4G smartphones.

Redmi Note 9 Pro, Note 9 5G, and Note 9 4G Price

The Redmi Note 9 Pro price in China is priced at CNY 1,599 (approx Rs 17,900) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant and the 8GB RAM +128GB storage model is CNY1,799 (around Rs 20,000). The Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage will cost CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 22,500).

The Redmi Note 9 5G with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage launched with a price tag of CNY 1,299 (approx Rs 14,500). The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will cost CNY 1,499 (around Rs 16,900) and the 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM is priced at CNY 1699 (around Rs 19,000)

On the other hand, the vanilla variant Note 9 4G is priced at CNY 999 (around Rs 11,200) for 4GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Redmi Note 9 Pro Specifications

The newly launched Redmi Note 9 Pro flaunts a 6.67-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen also sports a punch-hole design placed at the centre of the screen. Under the hood, the smartphone is fueled by the Snapdragon 750G SoC, clubbed with Adreno 619GPU. The Note 9 Pro comes with 5G connectivity and packs a 4,820mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

On the software front, it runs Android 10 out of the box on top of MIUI 12. Camera-wise, the Note 9 Pro features quad-camera setup at the back. The camera sensor consists of a 108-megapixel primary camera + 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens + 2-megapixel macro lens + 2-megapixel depth sensor along with an LED flash. Upfront, it houses a 16-megapixel camera setup for selfies and video calls.

Redmi Note 9 5G Features

The Redmi Note 9 5G sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with the standard LCD panel. The screen houses a punch-hole display with 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone draws power from MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, clubbed with up to 8GB RAM. The Note 9 5G is fuelled by a massive 5,000mAh battery and runs Android 10-based MIUI1.

As far as cameras are concerned, the smartphone offers a triple rear camera setup with the combination of a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth snapper with an LED flash. It houses a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

The Redmi Note 9 4G packs a massive 6,000mAh battery to support the stereo speakers integrated into the smartphone. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC, clubbed with up to 128GB storage. At the front, it sports a 6.53-inch display with a waterdrop notch. At the back, the Redmi Note 9 4G features a rectangular-shaped triple rear-camera support. The Chinese variant is different from the one launched in India.
