The Redmi Note 9 series for China consists of three smartphones – the Redmi Note 9 4G, the Redmi Note 9 5G, and the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. Amongst these, the Redmi Note 9 5G is being tipped to launch in the global markets as the Redmi Note 9T smartphone. That said, so far, there has been no explicit mention of the Redmi Note 9T anywhere but the various IMEI databases. Finally, we have spotted the Redmi Note 9T on the NBTC certification website, which confirms its moniker and hints at an imminent launch of the device in the global market. Redmi Note 9T receives the NBTC certification, moniker confirmed
As seen in the NBTC certification image, the Redmi Note 9T has recently been certified. The device will have the model number M2007J22G, which falls in line with the Redmi Note 9 5G (M2007J22C). The NBTC certification confirms that the Redmi Note 9T will be a 5G handset.
Other than what we mentioned above, the NBTC certification fails to tell us anything else about the specifications and features of the aforementioned Redmi Note 9T smartphone. That said, since the device has already started its certification journey, we can expect to hear more about it in the coming days.
