Xiaomi, in a global launch event, just launched Redmi Note 9T, Redmi 9T, Mi Smart Clock, and Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro. Redmi Note 9T is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 5G which was launched a couple of months back in China. While the Redmi 9T is an upgraded quad-rear camera version of the Redmi Note 9 4G which was launched as Redmi 9 Power in India. Along with these smartphones, Xiaomi has also launched Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro and Google Assistant-powered Mi Smart Clock. Let us have a look at the pricing, features, and specifications of all four devices.
As part of the early-bird offer, Xiaomi is also offering Redmi Note 9T at discounted prices of €199 and €249.
Redmi Note 9T Specifications and Features
The Redmi Note 9T packs a 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD display with 2340×1080 pixel resolution and 395ppi pixel density. The display on the smartphone can go as high as 450nits brightness and features Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection. The smartphone features a tiny punch-hole notch that houses the front selfie shooter.
Under-the-hood, the smartphone sports an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor built on a 7nm fabrication process. The graphics duties on the Note 9T are handled by an integrated Mali-G57 GPU. The smartphone features a micro-SD card slot that accepts up to 512GB additional storage. It boots Android 10 based MIUI 12 for now.
Coming to optics, the smartphone offers a 48MP triple-rear camera setup with an LED flash inside a circular camera module. The primary sensor on the Redmi Note 9T gets accompanied by a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth lens. On the front, it houses a 13MP selfie shooter with f/2.25 aperture.
The Redmi Note 9T packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging, and a Type-C charging port. It offers a 3.5mm audio output jack and a stereo speaker setup. The Redmi Note 9T packs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which also doubles as a power button. It features a splash-resistant coating and also offers an IR blaster.
On the connectivity side, it has Dual 5G standby, Dual 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS. The Redmi Note 9T measures 161.9×77.2×9.0mm, and weighs 199grams.

While the other two lenses are 2MP macro and depth sensors with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the device sports an 8MP shooter with an f/2.05 aperture.
On the battery front, Redmi 9T features a 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support and a USB Type-C charging port. It offers a 3.5mm audio output jack with Hi-Res Audio certification and a stereo speaker setup. The Redmi 9T packs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which also doubles as a power button. It features a splash-resistant coating and also offers an IR blaster.
On the connectivity side, it has Dual 4G, 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS. The Redmi 9T measures 162.3×77.3×9.6mm, and weighs 198grams.
Mi Smart Clock Specifications and Features
Xiaomi has also launched Mi Smart Clock, which is company’s first-ever Google Assistant-powered device with a display for global markets. The smart clock features a 3.97-inch color touch display with 800×400 pixel resolution. It can display time, weather, calendar, and can also function as a digital photo frame.
It comes with Google Assistant and Chromecast support and can control IoT products through voice control. There is a micro-USB port power inlet port on the back. On the connectivity front, it has 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0 support. The Mi Smart Clock measures 113x68x81.5mm and weighs 272grams.
The price of the Mi Smart Clock is €49.99 (approx Rs. 4,495).
Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro Specifications and Features
The Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro sports a 3MP camera that can capture images with 2304×1296 pixel resolution and an f/1.4 aperture. It packs dual microphones and active noise cancellation technology for clear two-way communication. The Mi Security Camera Pro also offers privacy mode so users can prompt the camera to swivel inwards through a simple setup on their Mi Home app.
It also supports hands-free voice control via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa (coming with OTA update). It features micro-USB port power inlet port on the back. On the connectivity front, it has 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth 4.2 support. The Mi Home Security Camera measures 122x78x78 mm, and weighs 349grams.
