Xiaomi has finally confirmed the Redmi Pad launch date. As per an official announcement, the Redmi Pad will make its debut on October 4 in the Indian market. The Redmi Pad will be the first tablet under the Redmi branding and is expected to launch in global markets on the same day. Redmi India took it to Twitter to make a formal announcement for the upcoming launch. The company also posted a teaser image on social media platforms which reveal the design of the Redmi Pad.

The Redmi Pad tablet is expected to sit below the Xiaomi Pad 5 and might very well be priced under Rs 20,000 in the country.
