Xiaomi’s Redmi has launched its second Android tablet – the Redmi Pad SE. The Redmi Pad SE appears to be a toned-down version of the Redmi Pad, which was introduced last year by the company. The Redmi Pad SE is an entry-level Android tablet and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The Redmi tablet features an 11-inch display panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and 400nits brightness.

The Redmi Pad SE has an 8000mAh battery and 10W charging support. It packs a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio and gets an 8MP rear camera. The Redmi tablet offers a 5MP front camera for video calls and supports software-based face unlock. It features a unibody design and is made up of aluminium alloy. The Redmi Pad SE, as mentioned above, seems to be a toned-down version of last year’s Redmi Pad. To recall, the Redmi Pad is powered by MediaTek Helio G99, which is better compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, which powers the latest Redmi tablet. Also, the Redmi Pad offers an 8MP front camera compared to the 5MP found on the Redmi Pad SE. The Redmi Pad supports 18W fast charging, which is almost double compared to 10W on the Redmi Pad SE.
