The launch price of the device is expected to be lower. A report claimed that the Redmi Band Pro might carry an introductory price of Rs 2,999 in India. Following the first sale, the device could be available for a slightly higher price. Xiaomi will announce smart band’s price in India at the launch.
The company is currently teasing multiple features of its new Redmi smart band ahead of the launch. It is expected to arrive with the same specs in India, which are found on the global model.
The smart band has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display. Its display is wider than most smart bands available in the category. The screen has a 194 x 368 resolution and a peak brightness of 450 nits. Redmi’s upcoming fitness band also comes with a bunch of workout modes. The company has teased that the India variant has over 110 workout modes. The smart band also comes with 14 water fitness modes. For the uninitiated, the Redmi Band Pro has a 5ATM rating for water resistance. It comes with various workout modes like walking, hiking, running, treadmill, HIIT, outdoor running, etc. Some of the exercises come with automatic workout detection as well.
The Redmi Band Pro packs a 200 mAh battery and is said to offer up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge.
