Xiaomi’s Redmi has launched a new Smart TV – the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 in the Indian market. As the name suggests, the Redmi Smart Fire TV comes integrated with Amazon’s Fire TV operating system. The latest smart TV from Redmi packs a quad-core processor that brings with it an integrated Mali G31 GPU.
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 is the first Xiaomi TV in the Indian market with Apple AirPlay support. It offers a host of charging ports including HDMI, USB, and 3.5mm audio jack. The latest Redmi Smart TV also comes with an all-new remote that features a hotkey for Alexa. The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 price in India is Rs 13,999. Including all the bank offers, the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 can be grabbed at a price of Rs 11,999. The smart TV will be available for purchase starting March 21 exclusively via Amazon, Mi Store, Mi Homes, and Mi Studios.
Redmi Smart Fire TV 32: Specifications and Features
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32, as the name suggests, features a 32-inch display with an HD+ (1366 × 768 pixel) resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. It features a proprietary colour tuning algorithm called VPE and offers a premium bezel-less metal design.
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 sports a quad-core Cortex A35 processor which brings with it an integrated Mali G31 GPU. It features 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. It comes equipped with a 20W speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio and DTS Virtual X.
As the name suggests, the Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 comes pre-loaded with Fire OS 7 which offers customised profiles feature. The Fire OS 7 offers more than 12000 apps including Netflix, Disney + Hotstar, Sony LIV, and more. It also offers Smart Home Control Hub which allows users to control IoT devices such as smart bulbs, smart fans, smart cameras, and more right from their television.
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 comes with an all-new remote which features hot keys for Amazon Alexa, Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, Prime Music, and more. Talking about the ports it features a 2 × HDMI port, 2 × USB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of connectivity, it features (2.5GHz and 5GHz) WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, MiraCast, and Apple AirPlay.
