Redmi Teases the Launch of Two New Smartphones in India on February 9th: Expected to be Redmi Note 11 and Note 11S

Redmi Note 11 Indian variant storage configurations and colour options were leaked last month.

Just yesterday, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 11 series for the global markets. The Redmi Note 11 series for global markets consists of four devices – Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11S, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.

Out of these four handsets, the Redmi Note 11S is confirmed to launch in India on February 9th. Now, in a new development, Redmi India, via a new social media teaser, has hinted that it will launch more than one smartphone in the upcoming event.

The latest teaser from the company reads,

We are here to #SetTheBar and make it π˜₯𝘰𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦! 


These hints that the company might launch two Redmi Note 11 series handsets in the country. However, the company hasn’t specified which other handset, apart from Redmi Note 11S, will it launch in the upcoming event.

Redmi Note 11 Might Launch Along Side Note 11S on February 9th in India!

Last month, the storage and colour variant info of the Redmi Note 11 was leaked on the web. As per the leak, the Redmi Note 11 will retail in 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB, andΒ 6GB + 128GB variants. Also, it was reported to come in three colour options – Graphite Gray, Twilight Blue, and Star Blue. The Redmi Note 11 global variant, which was launched yesterday, comes in these three colour and storage configurations only.

This leads us to believe that the Redmi will launch the Redmi Note 11 alongside the Redmi Note 11S in India on February 9th.

Redmi Note 11: Specifications and Features

The Note 11 features a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1000nits peak brightness. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and an Adreno 610 GPU. The device boots Android 11 based MIUI 13.

The Note 11 offers a 50MP quad-rear camera setup. This includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, it has a 13MP snapper. The handset is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging. it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a Type-C charging port, and a stereo speaker setup.
