Redmi Watch 2 Lite smartwatch has been launched in India today along with the Redmi Note 11 Pro series smartphones. The company hosted its first-ever offline event in India after more than two years in Bengaluru today, where it launched the latest products.
The Redmi Watch 2 Lite is the company’s most expensive wearable to date in India and it comes with features like in-built GPS, heart rate sensor, SpO2 monitor, and over 100 sports modes. Redmi Watch 2 Lite Price in India and Availability
The Redmi Watch 2 Lite is priced at Rs 4,999 and it will be available in Ivory, Black, and Blue colour options. It will go on sale from March 15 via Amazon. Also, there are six strap options – Ivory Cream, Midnight Black, Blue, Pink, and Olive.
Specifications and Features
The Redmi Watch 2 Lite comes with a 1.55-inch touch screen colour display with support for over 100 watch faces. It has a button on the side for navigation and accessing the menu. The wearable comes with a built-in GPS for tracking outdoor activities such as running, walking, cycling, and more. The watch weighs just 35 grams.
As for the health-related features, the Watch 2 Lite comes with a SpO2 monitor to measure blood-oxygen levels and a 24/7 heart rate tracker. There’s also sleep monitoring, stress monitoring, breathing exercise, female health-tracking, and the wearable also supports strava and Apple health integration with Mi Fitness or Xiaomi Wear app. In terms of fitness features, the watch comes with over 100 sports modes and is also 5ATM water-resistant. There is also support for 8 water sports modes. It also auto-detects a couple of modes.
The smartwatch draws power from the built-in 262mAh battery unit, which is rated to offer up to 10 days of battery life. Other features include music control, weather, message notification, DND, call alerts, alarm, find my phone, and timer.
