Alongside the Redmi K30 series smartphones, the Chinese brand has launched a new laptop – the RedmiBook 13 – in China today. Going by the name, the newly launched laptop might seem like a more affordable variant of the RedmiBook 14. However, on the contrary, the RedmiBook 13 is an advanced and a more expensive laptop.
The RedmiBook 13 is a thin and light laptop, featuring a metal body and a MacBook-like design. Compared to the RedmiBook 14, the newly-launched laptop from the brand has a 25% better airflow, thanks to a custom-designed fan; it should result in a better cooling for improved sustained performance.
While the RedmiBook 13 packs modern hardware, it misses out one crucial feature – the USB Type-C port. Anyway, here are the pricing, availability, and specifications of the RedmiBook 13.

The RedmiBook 13 comes in three configurations as listed below. The laptop will be available for pre-orders starting from December 10 at 4:30 PM. And it will go on sale at 10:00 AM on December 12. Currently, there is no information regarding the availability of the laptop for markets outside China.
