It seems Xiaomi is working on a new laptop called the RedmiBook Pro 14S and the device has appeared on Geekbench benchmarking platform. The listing suggests that the upcoming laptop will be powered by the latest AMD Ryzen 7 5700U chipset. The benchmark test results claim that the CPU manages to outperform the predecessor RedmiBook 14. Here’s a closer look at the Geekbench listing of the RedmiBook Pro 14S.

Performance as The laptop was spotted on Geekbench showcasing an impressive performance. The Ryzen 5700U has managed to score 28 percent more than the last-gen 4700U which was powering the RedmiBook 14 and currently available for sale in the market. It seems that the company is coming up with a next-gen notebook which is comparatively much more powerful than the predecessor.
The alleged RedmiBook Pro 14S was also benchmarked on Geekbench 5 and the performance of the CPU was measured based on the multi-core test. According to the report, the latest Ryzen 7 5000 APU is Lucienne Zen 2-based series which comes with improved performance along with integrated GPU and SMT support. The AMD Ryzen 7 5700 U was recently surfaced on numerous laptops from different bands on Geekbench listing, but RedmiBook Pro 14S is the latest on the platform.
Just in case you don’t know, Ryzen 7 5700U is the latest APU from AMD and it comes equipped with 8 cores and 16 threads, which is capable of achieving a score of 6,434 points in the multi-core benchmark test.
