Reliance Jio has introduced a new recharge plan in India. The leading telecom operator launched by billionaire Mukesh Ambani has announced a Rs 222 recharge plan for prepaid customers. The new Reliance Jio plan has been launched (via) specially for the ongoing FIFA World Cup. It is a 4G data-only voucher, which means that Jio customers need to have an active plan to avail benefits of the new Rs 222 plan.

The plan is suitable for those who consume more 4G data than the capped limit of up to 2GB per day. Jio is calling the Rs 222 recharge plan the ‘Football World Cup data pack’, which is rightly targeted towards those who stream the FIFA World Cup 2022 matches live on their smartphones. Let’s take a look at more details about the new Reliance Jio Rs 222 recharge plan validity, benefits and other details.

What Does the Reliance Jio Rs 222 Offer?

The new Reliance Jio Rs 222 plan is a recharge pack for those who want more data than the capped 2GB limit per day. The plan requires users to have an active base plan. Users can have any of the primary Reliance Jio recharge plans, which offer unlimited calling, voice calls and other benefits.

The Rs 222 plan comes with 30 days of validity. It provides 50GB of high-speed 4G data. The Rs 222 recharge voucher’s data is consumed only after the primary plan’s 2GB data gets exhausted. Once the 50GB data is consumed, the internet speed will be reduced to 64 Kbps.
