Reliance Jio, apart from its telecom services, offers optical fibre broadband connections. The company offers a bunch of plans starting at Rs 399 and going all the way up to Rs 8,499 a month. The company also offers semi-annual and annual plans for each tier. Reliance is now offering up to 30 days additional validity on the 6-month and yearly plans. The base Reliance JioFiber plan with 30 Mbps speed priced at Rs 4,788 (exclusive of GST) will be valid for a total of 390 days under the annual plan. The semi-annual plan costs Rs 2,394 (exclusive of GST) and offers 195 days of validity instead of 180 days. Let’s take a look at the updated Reliance JioFiber plans and their tariffs.
Reliance JioFiber semi-annual plans price and validity
Under the semi-annual plan, all Reliance JioFiber plans will be valid for 195 days. These plans, by default, add 15 days of extra validity on top of 180 days. The base tier offers 30 Mbps of speed and costs Rs 2,394 (GST extra). Users who want more speed can opt for the 100 Mbps plan that will cost Rs 4,194.
The company also offers a 150Mbps plan that costs Rs 5,994 (GST extra). This plan bundles subscriptions for Jio Apps and 12 OTT platforms like Amazon Prime, Voot Select, Voot Kids, ALT Balaji, Disney+ Hotstar VIP, etc.
There is also a 300 Mbps and a 500 Mbps unlimited plan which come with 13 OTT subscriptions bundled. The two plans cost Rs 8,994 and Rs 14,994 (exclusive of GST). These two plans also bring a Netflix subscription for free.
Lastly, the company offers two 1Gbps Fiber plans. While the Rs 23,994 plan offers unlimited data at 1Gbps speeds, the Rs 50,994 plan offers 6,600 GB of data per month along with OTT subscriptions.
Reliance JioFiber annual plans and validity
The Reliance JioFiber annual plan offers a total of 390 days of validity. Under the plan, users get 30 days of extra validity on top of the default 360 days pack.
The base plan with 30Mbps speed is priced at Rs 4,788, whereas the 100Mbps plan would cost Rs 8,388. It also offers a 150Mbps plan, a 300 Mbps, and a 500 Mbps plan priced at Rs 11,988, Rs 17,988, and Rs 29,988, respectively.
Lastly, the two 1Gbps plans cost Rs 47,988 and Rs 1,01,988, respectively. The annual plans, other than extra validity, offer the same benefits as the semi-annual plans mentioned above. Also, the prices mentioned are without GST.
