Fans of Prabhas had the most reason to celebrate this morning as the teaser for his upcoming movie, “Salaar,” was released. Fans will be pumped to see the flick on the big screen after viewing the promo, which is nothing short of powerful stills and captivating action.
After much wait by the fans, the makers finally obliged them by releasing the teaser on the morning of July 6 at 5: 12 am. Fans are sure to be hooked to their couches, from Prabhas’ looks to the action-packed scenes. The much-coveted Indian filmmaker Prashanth Neel, of KGF fame, was silent all these days, but with the release of the trailer, the secret is now out.

Salaar Official Teaser Reveals Interesting Storyline
The brief trailer opens with actor Tinnu Anand perched atop a car’s hood and surrounded by enraged guys brandishing machine guns. Salaar’s hype guy is Tinnu Anand. He starts pumping up Prabhas by saying, “In simple English.” He claims that while a lion, cheetahs, tigers, and elephants are dangerous, they are not harmful in Jurrasic Park. We see Prabhas thrashing people while he speaks this while brandishing an axe, a sword, and guns. The whole teaser smacks of KGF.
Apart from Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu are also playing important roles in the movie. The movie, which is directed by Prashanth Neel, will hit theatres on September 28, 2023. Hombale Films is the producer.
Why in the morning?
While teasers for films have frequently been broadcast at midnight, Salaar’s creators opted for an odd time. The teaser was made available on July 6 at 5.12 am. The justification provided—which also hinted at a connected reality between the two movies—was that Rocky bhai (Yash), the lead character in KGF, drowned in his boat at precisely that moment. The teaser also has many similarities with KGF.
In 2020, when the pandemic was in full force and the world was a new place, Prabhas’ Salaar was announced. It has taken the creators more than two years to finally provide a glimpse into the world that the team has been developing for so long.

The teaser was released just 12 hours ago and it has more than 35 million views, which shows the hype and anticipation the movie has created among the audience by the movie.
