Samsung is gearing up for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 launch. As per several online reports, the upcoming foldable smartphone will launch in June or July 2021. However, a new leak suggests that the phone will launch in August 2021. Ahead of the launch, some key details of the Samsung foldable have leaked online. According to two tipsters, the device could come with an under-panel front camera. Tipster Yogesh claims that Samsung has been testing the under-display camera (UDC) on the Z Fold 3. However, the inclusion of UDC is not confirmed at the moment due to logistical issues. Another tipster (Tron) has tipped the camera specifications of the upcoming Samsung foldable smartphones. Samsung is tipped to launch the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 in August. Ahead of the launch, some key details of the foldable smartphone have leaked.
According to tipster Yogesh, the foldable phone could feature an under-display camera. Samsung has been testing the UDC on the Z Fold 3. However, the inclusion of UDC is not confirmed yet due to logistical issues.
If the company decides to go ahead with UDC, the Fold 3 will come with a 16MP front camera on the main display. It will also have a 12MP front camera on the cover display. The tipster further reveals that the device will come with S Pen support. It will be a hybrid between the S Pen found on the S21 Ultra and the Note 20 series.
Another tipster, Tron, has reiterated the front camera specifications. The tipster also reveals that the Fold 3 will come with a triple camera setup on the back. It will have a 12MP + 12MP + 16MP camera setup on the back. We can expect the main 12MP camera to be accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide sensor and a 16MP telephoto lens.
The tipster has also leaked some of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 camera specifications.

The Z Flip 3, codenamed Bloom 2, will have a 10MP front camera inside the hole-punch folding display. Furthermore, the phone will have a 12MP + 12MP camera setup on the back. The smartphone was spotted on the SafetyKorea certification website. The listing revealed that the clamshell foldable smartphone will feature a 2,300mAh rated capacity and a 2,370mAh typical capacity. There is an additional battery model rated at 903mAh. The same has also been certified by the DEKRA certification website.
