Samsung is gearing up to launch a handful of devices in the coming months under the A-series, and Z series, and also there is a runner phone coming under the X series. A few days back, the Samsung Galaxy A04s was spotted on the Geekbench database revealing key specifications like the processor, RAM, and OS version. Now, a new device in the Galaxy A series has been spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance website.

The upcoming Galaxy A series’s moniker has been revealed as “Samsung Galaxy A04” in the Wi-Fi Alliance database. Along with the name, the phone’s OS version, model number, and Wi-Fi details have been confirmed. Let’s take a look at the phone’s details.

Samsung Galaxy A04 Listed on Wi-Fi Alliance

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A series smartphone has been listed on the Wi-Fi Alliance site with SM-A045F/DS. The listing confirms the product name as Galaxy A04, which means this is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A03 and the final and full name of the device will be Samsung Galaxy A04. The Galaxy A04 will run on the Android 12 operating system, which should be based on the One UI 4 skin from Samsung.

Further, the device will come with support for dual-band Wi-Fi 一 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The Wi-Fi connectivity options will include Wi-Fi ac/n/a/b/g. Lastly, the DS in the model number indicates this will be a dual SIM phone. Apart from these, the site does not reveal much about the phone.

The Samsung Galaxy A03 was launched back in February 2022 in India. This is an entry-level phone powered by a Unisoc T606 octa-core processor with a peak clock speed of 1.6GHz. The phone comes with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It has a 6.5-inch TFT display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The phone comes with a dual-camera setup on the back. It has a 48MP main camera sensor, which is paired with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 5MP front camera. There is a 5000 mAh battery on the inside. With the upcoming model, we can expect to see some improvements over the Galaxy A03.
