Samsung has launched a new Galaxy A-series smartphone. The company has launched the Galaxy A14 as its new budget smartphone in India. The Samsung Galaxy A14 4G sits below the 5G variant, which was launched earlier this year in the country. The 4G variant of the phone is priced under Rs 15,000 and has been launched with two storage options. It sports a flat rear panel and a slightly curved frame. The phone also features a design that is in line with its more premium siblings.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 4G has been launched in India with two storage configurations. The base model of the phone has 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 13,999. There is also a 4GB + 128GB variant of the phone, which is priced at Rs 14,999.
The Galaxy A14 4G comes in Light Green, Silver and Black colour options. As part of the launch offers, consumers can buy the phone and get instant cashback of up to Rs 1,000 via the Samsung online store and other mainline channels. Effectively, the phone has a starting price of Rs 12,999 for the base model.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A14 4G has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a Full HD+ resolution of 2408 × 1080 pixels. The screen has a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera. It also features a standard 60Hz refresh rate and 480 nits of peak brightness.
There is an Exynos 850 SoC under the hood. The phone offers 4GB of static RAM and 4GB of virtual RAM support, which Samsung calls RAM Plus. There is up to 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.
The device boots One UI 5.0 on top of Android 13. Samsung has confirmed that the phone will get security support for as many as four years.
