Samsung is expected to add a new entry-level smartphone to its A-series – the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. A couple of days ago, the upcoming Galaxy A14 5G was spotted on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group database. Now, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with model number SM-A146B on the Geekbench 5 benchmark database.
The benchmark database listing for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G reveals that the smartphone will be equipped with an octa-core processor, a Mali G68 GPU, and 4GB of RAM. Let us take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Geekbench 5 benchmark scores and specifications.
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G made an appearance on the Geekbench 5 benchmark database with model number SM-A146B. This appears to be the Indian variant of the Galaxy A14 5G which was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) a couple of weeks ago. The Samsung Galaxy A14 managed to score 770 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, the score was recorded as 2151 points.
The listing further reveals that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will be powered by an octa-core processor with model number s5e8535 and 2.40GHz frequency. The SoC will feature 2 + 6 configurations, out of which 2 performance cores will be clocked at 2.40GHz peak frequency. Whereas, the remaining 6-cores could be efficiency cores since these are clocked at 2.0GHz frequency.
The Geekbench 5 listing further reveals that the processor will sport an integrated Mali G68 GPU. Based on this, it appears that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G might be equipped with Exynos 1330 processor. Samsung is yet to unveil Exynos 1330 processor officially. The listing also suggests that the upcoming A-series smartphone will feature 4GB of RAM. Though, we can expect Samsung to launch it in other memory configurations as well. The smartphone will come pre-loaded with Android 13 out of the box.
