Samsung is expected to unveil a new smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G under the A-series. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with various model numbers has already been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website. A few days ago, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with model number SM-A146B and Exynos 1330 was spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database. Now, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with model number SM-A146P on the Geekbench benchmark database.

The latest Geekbench listing for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G reveals that a variant of the device will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. Let us take a closer look at the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Geekbench score and benchmark scores.

The upcoming entry-level A-series smartphone scored 522 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, the smartphone scored 1710 points. The listing further reveals the presence of an octa-core processor with 2 + 6 core configuration.


On basis of benchmark findings, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. To those unaware, the Dimensity 700 is fabbed on a 7nm manufacturing process and brings with it an integrated Mali G57 GPU. This is the same processor that powers several mid-range handsets such as Lava Blaze 5G, Oppo A58, POCO M4 5G, Redmi 11 Prime 5G, and more.

The Geekbench listing for the device further reveals that it will come equipped with 4GB of RAM. We can expect Samsung to launch it in other memory configurations as well. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will come pre-loaded with Android 13 as per the listing. However, we can expect it to feature the company’s proprietary OneUI skin on top.
