For the price, the Galaxy A23 5G will offer a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a Full HD+ resolution. The phone has a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera. The bezels around the screen are narrow, except for the thick chin. There is support for a 120Hz refresh rate as well.

The Galaxy A23 5G draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which is quite popular in the sub-Rs 20,000 price category. The phone packs a beefy 5000 mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.

There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and support for AI face unlock. The phone also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, dual SIM slot. It supports Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, etc. The phone measures 65.4 x 76.9 x 8.4 mm. It runs Android 12-based one UI 4.1 out of the box in global markets. It would be interesting to see if Samsung launches the phone with Android 13 in India out of the box.
