Samsung Galaxy A32 Receives a Price Cut in India: Now Available for Under Rs 20,000

Samsung’s mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A32, has received a price cut in India. The Galaxy A32 was launched last year in India and some other markets. It is a 4G smartphone featuring a MediaTek processor. After over a year since its availability in India, the Samsung Galaxy A32 has received a massive price cut. The device is available in two variants. One of the two storage options has received a price cut of nearly Rs 4,750 on Amazon.

The Galaxy A32’s price has dropped days before the upcoming Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale. Let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A32 price in India, specifications and other details.

Samsung Galaxy A32 Price Cut

Samsung Galaxy A32 is available in India with two storage options. The phone’s base 6GB RAM option was launched for Rs 21,999 in India. It is currently available on Amazon for Rs 18,500. This variant offers 128GB of internal storage.

The 8GB + 128GB variant of the Galaxy A32 was launched for Rs 23,499. It is now available for Rs 18,750 on Amazon. The phone is available in Black and Blue colours. It is unknown if the price cut is permanent or if the device has received a discount ahead of the upcoming Amazon sale.

Should You Buy?

In 2022, the Galaxy A32’s hardware might feel a bit dated. The phone features an Helio G80 SoC, which is fairly old. The competition offers more powerful and efficient processors in the segment. While the phone can offer a good multimedia experience, thanks to its 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, there are devices available for under Rs 20,000 which offer an AMOLED 120Hz refresh rate. It also sports a waterdrop notch at the top of the display, which might make it look dated.

The Galaxy A32 has a quad-camera setup on the back. It features a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. Almost none of the phones in the price range offer a 5MP macro camera. Samsung also has a reputation for offering good camera performance on its phones.

The 5,000 mAh battery pack is on far but 15W fast charging support might feel a bit slow compared to phones offering up to 67W fast charging.

As obvious as it gets, the Galaxy A32 does not support 5G. Therefore, if you are looking for a 5G phone, this is not the one for you.
