Samsung Galaxy A51 Leaked Render Reveals Punch-hole Display, Expected to Launch on December 12

Samsung Galaxy A51 rendered image

Evan Blass has posted an alleged rendered image of the Galaxy A51 on Twitter, which reveals a few key aspects of the smartphone.

Going by the rendered image, the Galaxy A51 will have a punch-hole in its display aligned to the top-center part of the screen, like that in the Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10+. It isn’t surprising to see that Samsung is bringing technology from its flagship smartphones to its more affordable handsets. The brand has been doing this for long. Bezels around the screen seem to be thinner than what we are used to seeing in mid-range smartphones.

The center-aligned punch-hole and thinner bezels do give the Galaxy A51 a premium look. Considering that the Galaxy A51 will be a mid-range smartphone, it looks like a class above its price.

The earpiece has been neatly integrated into the thin upper bezel of the smartphone, further enhancing the looks of the device. If these rendered images are to believed, the Galaxy A51 will have power and volume buttons on the right-hand side of the device. While we wish the rendered image revealed more about the device, unfortunately, there isn’t anything else that we could squeeze out from it.

Recently leaked renders reveal that the Galaxy A51 will have four cameras at the rear arranged in L shape. Other features of the smartphone are currently unknown.

The Vietnam branch of Samsung posted a video on YouTube yesterday, announcing that the brand will launch the Galaxy A 2020 series will launch in the country on December 12, 2019. Samsung is expected to launch two smartphones in the Galaxy A 2020 series initially. And the Galaxy A51 is expected to be one of them, with the other being the Galaxy A71.
