Samsung Galaxy A51 Tipped to Launch in India Soon

A new report from 91Mobiles reveals images of internals of a smartphone, which the publication claims, belong to the allegedly upcoming Samsung Galaxy A51. If these images are to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy A51 features an L-shaped camera setup at the rear, bottom-mounted USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack, and a cardholder with two SIM card slots a dedicated microSD card slot. As the name suggests, the Samsung Galaxy A51 is expected to come as the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A50 that launched earlier this year.

A few days ago, we at MySmartPrice spotted the Samsung Galaxy A51 on GeekBench, which revealed that the model number of the Galaxy A51 is SM-A515F. The listing on GeekBench also revealed that the Galaxy A51 would have Exynos 9611 SoC and 4GB of RAM. A previous report from 91Mobiles claims that Samsung has started producing the Galaxy A51 at the brand’s manufacturing plant in Greater Noida, suggesting that the device launch is imminent. Unfortunately, the exact launch date of the Samsung Galaxy A51 is unknown at the moment.

Samsung Galaxy A51 Expected Specifications

Going by the specifications of the Galaxy A50, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A51 will most probably feature a Super AMOLED display with a size of 6.4-inches and above. The device could ship with the Android 9 Pie OS. However, it is also possible that Samsung could go with Android 10 operating system with the device. The Samsung Galaxy A51 could be offered with 4GB and 6GB RAM options, and 64GB and 128GB storage options.


In terms of imaging, the device will most probably have a quad-camera setup at the rear comprising of an ultrawide camera and a telephoto lens. On the connectivity front, the Galaxy A51 will most likely feature Bluetooth v5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi ac. You can expect the device to pack a battery of 4000mAh and above, and feature 15W or 25W fast charging capability.
