Samsung, earlier this year, unveiled the Galaxy A52 series and the Galaxy A72. The company launched the A52 4G in India alongside the Galaxy A72. Samsung is rumoured to bring the Galaxy A52 5G to India. The company is yet to make an official announcement on the same at the time of writing this. Meanwhile, a new Galaxy smartphone has visited the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The device listed on the BIS website has the model number SM-A528B/DS. It is likely an upgraded version of the Galaxy A52 5G. Let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G details listed on the BIS website ahead of the launch.
Samsung Galaxy A52s BIS listing
Samsung could launch the Galaxy A52s 5G very soon. The device is listed on the BIS website before receiving an official launch date. The Samsung phone listed on BIS has the model number SM-A528B/DS. The BIS listing does not reveal any details about the device. However, it does hint at the possibility of the Galaxy A52s 5G launching soon in India. Samsung has not confirmed any details about the device as of now.
The Galaxy A52s could come with iterative upgrades over the currently available A52. We could possibly see a bigger battery or improved cameras on the ’S’ model. That being said, the difference between the Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 is quite minimal. Apart from the SoC and a 3x telephoto camera on the Galaxy A72, both devices share similar hardware.
