The images reveal that the smartphone will sport the model number SM-A546B. It also tells us that the smartphone scores 8.4 in repairability score. It is better when compared to Samsung’s recently launched flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone. The better score is because the Galaxy A54 is a mid-range smartphone with a relatively less complex structure.
On the other hand, the S23 Ultra comes with a complex body to accommodate many sensors. The Galaxy A54 5G smartphone was listed on the European support page of Samsung. Earlier, it was tipped that the smartphone would be priced at EUR 590 (approx. Rs 52,200) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The higher variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage would be priced at EUR 610 (approx. Rs 54,000).
The A54 5G smartphone is said to be available in four color options, namely Awesome White, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Lime, and Awesome Violet. It was also listed in BIS, indicating that the device would launch in India. The various leaks have revealed that the device will sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Underneath, it might feature the Exynos 1380 chipset, as the GeekBench results suggest.
The device would run on Android 13 out of the box. It will likely run on OneUI 5.1 as Samsung has already started rolling out the OneUi 5.1 update to its existing smartphones. On the optics side, it will feature a triple rear camera setup comprising a primary 50MP sensor. An 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and an 8MP telephoto lens will accompany the sensor.
The display will have a punch-hole to house the 32MP selfie camera. A large 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support would back the smartphone. Samsung will continue to include the IP67 rating with the smartphone. It also features Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and NFC connectivity.
