Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Moniker Confirmed by Bluetooth SIG Certification Website; May Launch in the Near Future

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website with the model number SM-A546V and is expected to launch soon. The listing confirms the official moniker of the phone while revealing its model number. In addition to this, the listing also reveals that the phone has support for Bluetooth 5.3.

The Galaxy A54 5G was spotted on the Geekbench website recently. It revealed that the phone draws power from a Samsung Exynos processor codenamed s5e8835. The device was listed on Geekbench with 6GB of RAM. It is likely to offer 128GB of internal storage. The phone also scored 776 and 2599 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.

In addition to this, we know that the phone will run Android 13 out of the box. It will have a layer of One UI 5.0 on top.

The Galaxy A54 5G is also tipped to get a triple-camera setup on the back. Its leaked design renders reveal that the phone has a hole-punch cutout at the top. The screen is also flat with fairly thin bezels around it. On the back, there are three circular cutouts for the camera and an LED flash.  

The design renders show the phone’s power and volume keys on the right edge. The bottom edge makes room for a USB Type-C port, a microphone and the speaker grille. We do not see a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The phone is likely to pack a bigger 5100mAh battery. It is also said to feature a new 50MP main camera sensor. The device could also sport a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Other details of the Galaxy A54 5G are under wraps. We will share more details as and when available.
