Samsung has a busy year ahead. The company has been working on several budget and mid-range smartphones that are expected to launch soon. The Galaxy A33 5G is among the list of Samsung smartphones launching this year. Another Samsung Galaxy smartphone that will launch very soon is the Galaxy A73 5G.

The Galaxy A73 5G will launch as a successor of the Galaxy A72, which was launched last year in India. Ahead of the launch, the device is listed on the FCC website, which reveals some key details of the device. Let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G specifications, features and other details.

Samsung Galaxy A73 5G launch date remains unknown at the moment. The device is expected to launch in select markets starting next month. The device is listed on the FCC website with the model number SM-A736B. The listing on FCC reveals that the Galaxy A73 5G will come with 25W fast charging support. It will be interesting to see if Samsung will provide a charger with the same wattage in the retail box.

The FCC listing does not reveal any other major detail of the A73 5G. However, some details of the phone have leaked in the past. It was listed on the BIS website with the model number SM-A736B. Design renders and specifications of the Galaxy A73 5G have leaked in the past as well.

As per the leaked spec sheet, the phone will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. The screen will be flat and come with 90Hz refresh rate support. It will have a Full HD+ display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre.

On the back, the phone will have a quad-camera setup. There will be a 108MP main camera sensor. Details of the other three camera sensors remain unknown. However, we can expect the phone to feature a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The Galaxy A73 5G might also feature a telephoto camera instead of the depth sensor.

As per leaks, the phone will also feature a Snapdragon 750G chipset. It will have at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone could pack a 5,000mAh battery and run Android 12-based OneUI 4.0 out of the box.
