Samsung Galaxy A91 with 45W Fast Charging, Galaxy A90 5G with 25W Charging Listed on Official Website


A few days ago, Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 10+ smartphone, and as you might know, the device supports 45W fast charging. However, the Note 10+ won’t work with any 45W charger; the charger has to support USB PD 3.0 and PPS. Samsung Hungary has listed one such 45W charger on its website to go with the Note 10+. The product page for the charger has a list of supported devices. And guess what, this list mentions two Samsung smartphones that haven’t been launched yet – the Galaxy A91 and the Galaxy A90 5G.

Galaxy A91 Support 45W Charging and Galaxy A90 5G Supports 25W Charging

Under the compatibility list, there are two sections – first for smartphone supporting Super Fast Charging 2.0 (45W charging), and second for smartphones supporting Super Fast Charging (25W charging). The Galaxy A91 has been listed under the first section, confirming that the smartphone supports 45W charging. The Galaxy A90, on the other hand, is listed under the second section, confirming that it supports 25W fast charging.

Everything We Know About Galaxy A90 5G And Galaxy A91 So Far

The name of the Galaxy A90 includes 5G, suggesting that the smartphone supports 5G connectivity. The Galaxy A91, on the hand, might be a 4G handset. Steve H.McFly, which, many of you might know as OnLeaks, claims that the Galaxy A90 will come with the model number SM-A908, while the galaxy A91 will come with the model number A905. He also claims that the Galaxy A90 5G will come with Snapdragon 855 SoC, 6.7-inch screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 48MP + 8MP + 5MP triple-camera setup at the rear, and 5G connectivity. As for the Galaxy A91, Steve claims that this device will also come with Snapdragon 855 SoC and a 6.7-inch screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner just like the A90. However, Steve mentions that it will come with 48MP + 12 + 5MP triple-camera setup at the rear with Tilt OIS technology.

Galaxy A90 5G And Galaxy A91 Will Be Premium Smartphones

Going by the naming convention and the leaked specifications, it looks like the Galaxy A90 5G, as well as, the Galaxy A91 will be a premium offering from Samsung, and will be placed just below the Galaxy S10 and the Note 10 series.
