The new Samsung Galaxy F14 5G features a similar specification to the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone launched in India and Galaxy M14 5G launched globally. The primary difference between both smartphones lies in the fast-charging speed. Samsung has also removed a useless 2MP sensor from the Galaxy F14 5G. The smartphone is equipped with Exynos 1330 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 6000mAh battery, and more. Let us look at the smartphone’s pricing, availability, and detailed specifications.

Samsung Galaxy F14 5G: Specifications
The device features a 6.6-inches IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. The display has a refresh rate of 90Hz, an Infinity-V notch, and gets Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, it will sport the in-house Exynos 1330 chipset built on a 5nm process.
Samsung claims this is the only smartphone with a 5nm processor under Rs 15,000. The chipset will pair up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The RAM can be further extended up to 12GB using the virtual RAM feature. The smartphone runs on OneUI Core 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box.
The company has promised to roll out two major updates and four years of security updates. The Galaxy F14 5G sports a dual camera setup on the rear integrated into the back panel with an LED flash. The setup comprises a primary 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. A 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.0 aperture accompanies the primary sensor. The Infinity-notch in the display houses the 13MP selfie sensor.
Samsung Galaxy F14 5G is backed by a large 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging tech support. However, Samsung has skipped the charger in the box, similar to the recently launched budget smartphones from Samsung. The brand has equipped the smartphone with 13 5G bands.
On the connectivity front, it has USB type-C, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, NFC, and more. Samsung has integrated the fingerprint sensor into the power button of the smartphone. In related news, the recent counterpoint report revealed that Samsung surpassed Xiaomi to become the top smartphone brand in India.
