Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4, Galaxy Watch 5 series, and the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro on August 10th globally. While these are all Samsung’s premium range of devices and products, the company is also gearing up to launch a few Galaxy A series and Galaxy M series budget and mid-range devices soon.

Previously, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy A04s and Samsung Galaxy A04 on multiple websites like FCC, NBTC, BIS, Wi-Fi alliance, and more. Now, we have spotted what could possibly launch as the Galaxy M04 this year. The Galaxy M04 has been listed on the Geekbench website revealing a few key features including OS, RAM, and processor.

Galaxy M04 Will Run on Android 12

The upcoming Galaxy M04 will come with the SM-M045F model number. However, Geekbenck does not confirm this model number will market as the Galaxy M04 一 going by the model number, we think this might launch as Galaxy M04. Based on the Geeknench the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M04 will come with 3GB of RAM, but we can expect more RAM and storage options for the same.

The upcoming M series device will come with an octa-core processor with a base clock speed of 2.3GHz. The chipset is listed as “ARM MT6765V/WB” and the motherboard as “m04”. Based on these details, we think the device will pack in MediaTek Helio G35 processor, which is an entry-level processor from the company for budget phones. Further, the listing confirms the device to run on Android 12, which will likely be based on One UI 4.1 core.

The MediaTek Helio G35 is an octa-core SoC with Arm Cortex-A53 CPUs and a max clock speed of 2.3GHz. This SoC is paired with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. We have seen the same chipset on phones like Realme C21, Redmi 9 Activ, Redmi 9C, Nokia G20, and more. More details of the device should be available soon as it looks the launch of the phone is imminent.
