
Samsung’s Galaxy A & M series of devices have been quite a success in the budget and mid-range segments. It’s been rumoured for quite a while that the Korean giant is gearing up to launch three devices in the A-series, the Galaxy A32, Galaxy A52, and the Galaxy A72. Alongside that, the Galaxy M12 has been amidst rumours as well, especially after it bagged multiple certifications. While Samsung hasn’t made an announcement regarding the device, the Galaxy M12 has now appeared on Samsung’s website.

Known tipster Evan Blass reports the Samsung Galaxy M12 has been listed on Samsung Vietnam’s website. The highlight of the device is the presence of four cameras at the rear. The smartphone flaunts a 48MP main camera (F2.0), 5MP ultrawide camera (F2.2),2MP depth camera (F2.4), and a 2MP macro camera (F2.4). The device is capable of taking 123 degrees ultra wide-angle shots. On the front, the Galaxy M12 has an 8MP camera with an aperture of F2.2. The smartphone supports Full HD recording at 30 frames per second.
The Galaxy M12 sports 6.5 inches display with a waterdrop notch, also known as the Infinity-V display. It features an HD+ (1600x 720 pixels) resolution with a pixel density of 269 pixels per inch. Under the hood, the smartphone features octa-core 2.0 GHz Snapdragon 450 SoC along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of memory for the base variant. There are other variants available as well, with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage options. Users can also use a MicroSD card to expand the storage up to 1TB.
An important aspect of the device, which might turn out to be its unique selling proposition, is the massive 6,000 mAh battery. Samsung claims that the device will have an Audio Playback Time of up to 110 hours. The Galaxy M21 will come bundled with a 15W Adaptive Fast charging technology as well. Apart from that, the device comes with a fingerprint sensor and built-in Samsung Knox for enhanced security. The price of the device hasn’t been revealed yet. However, considering the fact it’s already listed on Samsung’s website, the official announcement seems imminent.
