Samsung has announced two new smartphones under the M series in India today. The company has unveiled the Samsung Galaxy M13 and the Galaxy M13 5G devices. The Samsung Galaxy M13 will be the successor to the last year’s Galaxy M12.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 4G version comes with a triple rear camera setup and a large 6,000mAh battery and on the other hand, the Galaxy M13 5G comes with a dual camera setup with a 5,000mAh battery unit. Samsung Galaxy M13, Galaxy M13 5G: Price in India and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy M13 starts at Rs 11,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant and Rs 13,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. The Galaxy M13 5G costs Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB model and Rs 15,999 for the 6GB+128GB model. The phones will be available in Midnight Blue, Stardust Brown and Aqua Green colour options.
The Galaxy M13 4G and 5G will be available for purchase from Amazon, Samsung.com, and offline stores starting July 23rd. Buyers can get a Rs 1,000 instant discount with ICICI Band credit card transactions.

The Galaxy M13 comes with a 6.6-inch and Full HD+ resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 850 processor. The phone comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also supports up to 4GB of Virtual RAM. There is also support for microSD card. The phone is backed by a 6,000mAh battery and offers support for 15W charging via a Type-C port.
Moving to the camera department, the Galaxy M13 comes with a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2,4. There is also an LED flash. To the front, the phone sports an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.2 and fixed focus. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
In terms of software, the device runs on Android 12 based on One UI Core 4.1 skin. The phone measures 76.9 x 165.4 x 8.4mm and weighs 192 grams. Other features include Samsung Knox for additional security, LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4G+5GHz), and Bluetooth 5.0.

As for the cameras, the 5G version comes with a dual camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.8)primary camera sensor and a 2MP(f/2.4) secondary sensor. There is a 5MP selfie snapper as well.
It comes with 11 5G bands and the phone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. Other features include Android 12 OS, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual-band Wi-Fi, Knox security, auto data switch and Bluetooth.
