Samsung might launch a new Galaxy M-series smartphone soon. The company is likely to refresh its budget smartphone lineup with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G. As of now, there is no word on the official launch date of the Samsung 5G smartphone. However, the launch seems imminent as the Galaxy M14 5G has been spotted on the Geekbench website. The listing on Geekbench reveals some key details about the Galaxy M14 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G will launch as a successor to the Galaxy M13 5G soon. The phone has been spotted on the Geekbench website. According to the Geekbench listing, the Galaxy M14 5G draws power from an unknown Samsung Exynos s5e8535 SoC. It could well be the Exynos 1330 SoC, which is yet to launch.
Samsung is expected to release some details about the 5G SoC soon. The listing on Geekbench reveals that the SoC has two 2.4GHz cores and six 2.00GHz efficiency cores. The octa-core SoC is paired with 4GB of RAM. Samsung is likely to launch the device with more RAM and storage options.
The listing also confirms that the Galaxy M14 5G will run Android 13 out of the box. It will have a layer of One UI 5.0 on top of Android. The device scored 751 and 2051 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.
The Galaxy M14 5G could be a rebadged version of the Galaxy A14 5G, which is also expected to launch soon. The latter is tipped to sport a 6.8-inch Full HD+ display along with a 50MP rear camera. It is likely to pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood. The phone is also said to feature a 16MP front camera.
