Samsung Galaxy M14 5G launch date in India has been set on April 17. The chaebol will launch the handset at 12pm on that day. The information has been displayed on the smartphone’s microsite on the official Samsung website. The microsite has also revealed that the upcoming launch will be priced under Rs 15,000 in the country. The microsite also reveals several core specifications of the handset, including a 50MP camera, 5nm processor, 6,000mAh battery, and more. Samsung Galaxy M14 5G Launch Date in India, Price, Availability
Samsung has announced that the Galaxy M14 5G will launch in India at 12pm on April 17. The brand also hinted that the device would be priced at Rs 13,XXX. It could be either Rs 13,499 or Rs 13,999, which remains to be seen. For context, In Ukraine, the device is priced at UAH 8,299 (~Rs 18,300) for the 4GB + 64GB configuration and UAH 8,999 (~Rs 19,900) for the 4GB + 128GB variant. Samsung is offering the Galaxy M14 5G in Silver, Blue, and Dark Blue colour options in Ukraine. The chaebol has also announced that the smartphone will be available on Amazon, Samsung.com & across select retail outlets.
Samsung Galaxy M14 5G: Specifications, features
The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G microsite reveals that the smartphone will feature a 50MP triple camera setup on the back. The website also confirms that the 5nm Exynos 1330 chipset will power the handset. Lastly, Samsung has confirmed that the smartphone will feature a beefy 6,000mAh battery that offers up to 155 hours of audio playback, 58 hours of talk time, 27 hours of web browsing, and 25 hours of video playback. Apart from these, the microsite reveals no other information.
However, the smartphone has already been launched in Ukraine. The phone features a 6.6-inch IPD LCD Infinity-U display on the front. The FHD+ panel offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The Exynos 1330 processor is mated to 4GB RAM and up to 128GB of storage. There is also a dedicated microSD card slot for expandable storage. Out of the box, the handset boots the OneUI interface based on Android 13.
While Samsung has not revealed details of the camera setup on its Indian microsite, we know that a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera back the 50MP primary camera. There’s a 13MP selfie camera on the front for video calling.
The 6,000mAh battery supports 25W fast charging. However, Samsung has not included the charger in Ukraine. Other smartphone features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Dual-SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS.
