Samsung Galaxy M14 5G and Possible Galaxy F14 5G Listed on BIS Certification Website, India Launch Expected Soon

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G and the Possible Galaxy F14 5G are upgrades of the Galaxy M13 5G and Galaxy F13 smartphones that launched earlier.

The M series of smartphones from Samsung have been popular budget devices from the South Korean company. And it seems a new M series device is all set to grace the Indian market soon. The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G was recently listed on Geekbench which meant that we were set to get more information about the smartphone soon.

And now the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with the model number SM-M146B/DS has made an appearance on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website along with another Samsung device which is quite possibly the Galaxy F14 5G with the model number SM-E146B/DS. These are just listings with the model numbers that confirms that the devices could soon launch in India, but don’t offer any details about features.

Samsung Galaxy M14 5G: Details

The previous listing of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G on Geekbench revealed some key details about the smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G successor will feature a Samsung Exynos s5e8535 SoC which could very well be the Exynos 1330 SoC, and is yet to launch. Samsung is expected to officially announce details about the 5G SoC soon.

The Geekbench listing revealed that the chipset features two 2.4GHz cores and six 2.00GHz efficiency cores. This is paired with 4GB of RAM but the company will possibly offer various RAM and storage options.

The Geekbench listing has confirmed that the Galaxy M14 5G will run on Android 13 OS out of the box with One UI 5.0 skin on top. The device scored 751 and 2051 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.

As for the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G, this is expected to be an updated version of the Samsung Galaxy F13 which launched in India in June this year. The Galaxy F13 features a Exynos 850 processor and 4GB of RAM with a Full HD+ display, a 50MP camera setup, and a 6,000mAh battery. Hence we can expect the Galaxy F14 5G to feature an upgrade over this.
