
After teasing the phones for over a month, Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 in India. The M-series is a facelift from the brand in the budget segment, rivaling OEMs like Xiaomi, OPPO, ASUS, and others. The Galaxy M10 and M20 have been launched at an affordable price with the Infinity-V design and battery capacity up to 5,000mAh. Powered Samsung’s proprietary Exynos chipsets, both the phones come equipped with Widevine L1 certification allowing HD streaming on popular platforms like Netflix. Aimed at tapping the budget-conscious consumer base with a new design, the Galaxy M10 and M20 pack better specs that we have seen on previous phones under similar price range from Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 Price in India, Offers
The Samsung Galaxy M10 price in India is INR 7,990 for the 2GB RAM+16GB storage variant and INR 8,990 for the 3GB RAM+32GB storage model. The Samsung Galaxy M20 price in India starts at INR 10,990 for the 3GB RAM+32GB storage variant and INR 12,990 for the 4GB RAM+64GB storage version. Both the phones are available in two color options – Ocean Blue and Charcoal Black. The phones will be up for purchase via Amazon India and Samsung’s online store starting February 5, 2019. Samsung has bundled double-data benefit on Rs 198 and Rs 299 plans for Jio users. One must note that both the phones will be limited to online selling.
Samsung Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 Specifications, Features
Starting with the Galaxy M20, it features a dual rear camera setup with LED flash. The phone is powered by Exynos 7904 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.8GHz and six cores at 1.6Ghz for optimised battery performance. The smartphone packs 4GB/3GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. The phone comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ Infinity-V display at 2340×1080 pixels resolution. The pin-hole design aka Infinity-V refers to the V-cut hole on the top of the screen which houses the selfie camera.
Concerning optics, the Galaxy M20 sports a 13MP+5MP dual camera setup on the rear and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front. The phone also supports Face Unlock feature. Samsung has claimed that the phone is optimized for PUBG Mobile gaming. The phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Experience UI 9.5 layered on top. A 5,000mAh battery completes the package with up to 15W fast charging support.
Coming to the Galaxy M10, the phone packs a 6.2-inch LCD HD+ Infinity-V display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. A 1.6GHz Exynos 7870 chipset powers the phone with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, which is further expandable up to 512GB via microSD card. Unlike the Galaxy M20, this one lacks a fingerprint sensor and only supports Face Unlock feature for biometrics. The Galaxy M10 also has a dual camera setup on the rear with 13MP primary lens and a 5MP ultra wide-angle secondary lens. It has a 5MP selfie camera on the front.
