After teasing it for a while, Samsung has finally taken the wraps off its brand new mid-range smartphone in India, dubbed the Samsung Galaxy M51. The Samsung Galaxy M51 comes with features such as a whopping 7,000mAh battery, a Snapdragon 730G processor, and a 64MP quad rear camera. Samsung Galaxy M51: Price in India

Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy M51 in two memory variants – one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, which is priced at INR 24,999 and one with 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, which is priced at INR 26,999. The device will be available via Amazon India and the first sale will commence on September 18, 2020.

Samsung Galaxy M51: Specifications and features

Starting with the display of the device, the Samsung Galaxy M51 sports a large 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Plus panel with a centrally-aligned single punch-hole for the selfie camera. Speaking of, the Samsung Galaxy M51 features a 32MP front camera. Moving around the rear of the device, the Samsung Galaxy M51 sports a quadruple rear camera setup, which includes a 64MP primary lens, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro lens.

Coming to the build and physical overview, the Samsung Galaxy M51 features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner (on the right side), which doubles as the device’s power button. The volume up and down buttons sit on the top of the power button. On the left side, the Samsung Galaxy M51 features a hybrid SIM tray. At the bottom of the device, there is a speaker grille, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C charging port.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M51 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor, which is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard memory. With the help of an external SD card, the device has scope for storage expansion. In terms of software, the Samsung Galaxy M51 boots the latest Android 10-based OneUI skin out of the box.
