Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy M62 smartphone in Malaysia and the launch date has been revealed. It’s quite evident that the upcoming Galaxy M62 is a rebranded variant of the Galaxy F62. The smartphone was launched in India at the beginning of this month with a 6.7-inch display, 64MP quad-camera setup, 7,000mAh battery, Exynos 9825 chipset, and a lot more. While looking at the teaser poster of the Galaxy M62 we can say that the design and specifications of the handset will be similar. According to the teaser poster spotted on the Lazada website, the Samsung Galaxy M62 is going to launch in Malaysia on March 3rd, 2021. Looking at the teaser closely you can notice that it’s the Galaxy F62. This means the company is launching the same phone in other markets as the Galaxy M62. The teaser image showcases the Galaxy M62 in blue and grey gradient colour options and suggests that the smartphone will be launched with a massive 7,000mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy M62 Expected Specifications

If the upcoming Galaxy M62 is indeed a rebranded Galaxy F62 then they will also be launched in the Malaysia market with similar features and specifications. To recall, the Galaxy F62 offers a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a punch-hole camera cutout to accommodate the front camera setup. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Exynos 9825 chipset, clubbed with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage.

The Galaxy F62 features a quad-camera setup with the combination of a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor + 12-megapixel wide-angle lens + 5-megapixel depth sensor + 5-megapixel macro lens along with an LED flash.
