Although, rumors have it that Samsung will launch one more phone in the Galaxy S20 line up and that it will be called as Galaxy S20 Lite/Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. However, there hasn’t been much information regarding this smartphone yet. Fortunately, we do now. Today, we have spotted the Galaxy S20 Lite on Geekbench, which spills beans regarding a few key specifications of the device.

The Geekbench listing is for Samsung SM-G781B, which, we know from the previous leaks, is the model number of the Galaxy S20 Lite. The listing reveals that the smartphone has an octa-core processor from Qualcomm with a base frequency of 1.8GHz. The motherboard name is mentioned as ‘Kona,’ which means that the Galaxy S20 Lite will have the Snapdragon 865 SoC. The phone has 6GB of RAM, which is the lowest capacity of RAM in the whole S20 lineup. The listing also shows that the device has Android 10 OS. The Galaxy S20 Lite has scored 737 points in the single-core test and 2,619 points in the multi-score test in Geekbench 5.2.0

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G (SM-F707N) listed on Geekbench

The Galaxy S20 Lite isn’t the only upcoming Samsung smartphone that we have spotted on Geekbench today. We have also come across a listing of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G (SM-F707N model number) on Geekbench. While the Galaxy Z Flip 5G was already spotted on the benchmarking platform, the one that we have spotted today is the South Korean version of the device. The listing shows that the device has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with 1.8GHz base frequency, 8GB of RAM, and the Android 10 OS. This upcoming foldable clamshell smartphone has scored 868 points in the single-core test and 2,947 points in the multi-core test in Geekbench 5.2.0.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is expected to make its debut alongside the Galaxy Note20 series on August 5, 2020. It is possible that the brand might take advantage of the Unpacked event to unveil the Galaxy S20 Lite.
