Samsung is all set to debut the Galaxy S20 series smartphones on February 13 at the MWC 2020 event. However, before the official launch, all the devices in the Galaxy S20 line up – the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra — have been leaked in full, revealing all of their specifications. According to these leaks, Samsung, as usual, is going to launch its upcoming flagship smartphones in two chipset variants – one with in-house developed Exynos SoC and other with Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. Usually, markets like India get the Exynos-equipped handsets and countries like the US get the Snapdragon-equipped version.

However, this time around, Samsung is expected to launch the Snapdragon version in most markets (including India), since the Snapdragon 865 chipset reportedly has a much better performance than the Exynos 990 SoC and Samsung doesn’t want to disappoint its customers in markets like India by offering handsets with the slower chipsets. And people in India were happy to know the news. The latest tweet from Ishan Agarwal, however, takes away the smiles from people’s faces. According to him, all the Galaxy S20 handsets will launch in the Indian market with Exynos 990 SoC. On the positive side of things, the leakster reveals that the S20 Ultra will come with 5G connectivity in India.

Ishan has also revealed the pricing details of the Galaxy S20 Ultra. According to him, the handset will cost more than INR 95,000 in the Indian market. However, he didn’t say if this price tag is for the base variant or the top-end variant. With a price of INR 95,000, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the most expensive Android smartphone in the Indian market, with the most expensive smartphones still being the iPhone 11 series handsets. In the same tweet, the leakster has revealed that the Galaxy Z Flip will be launching in India as well, soon after the Galaxy S20 handsets make their way to the country. According to him, the Galaxy Z Flip will feature the Snapdragon 855+.
