There has been a lot of confusion lately over the launch of the Galaxy S21 Fan Edition (FE). Reports previously claimed that Samsung has halted the production of the S21 FE due to supply constraints. Samsung later refuted these claims without confirming the launch timeline of the affordable Galaxy S21 smartphone. It is expected that the device will launch in August or September this year. While we wait for the official confirmation, some key details have surfaced online. The Galaxy S21 FE has visited the 3C and TUV certification website. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE listed on certification websites

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S21 FE later this year. Ahead of the launch, the device has been spotted on the 3C certification website. The device listed on the website has the model number SM-G990B. The device, dubbed the Galaxy S21 FE, will support 25W fast charging. Other details of the smartphone were not listed on the 3C website.

The smartphone has also visited the TUV Rheinland certification website, confirming the leaked fast charging details. It was previously rumoured to pack a 4,500 mAh battery. The device had also visited the Geekbench website earlier this month. It revealed that the phone draws power from a Snapdragon 888 SoC. The device will have at least 8GB of RAM and run Android 11 out of the box.

Other details of the upcoming Samsung smartphone have also leaked in the past. It is likely to sport a 6.4-inch flat display with a hole-punch cutout on the top-centre area of the display. The device could come with 120Hz refresh rate support. Leaked design renders suggest that the phone will have a triple-camera setup on the back. The camera bump is integrated and protrudes directly from the rear panel. It could feature a 12MP primary main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. 

A recent report claimed that the device is likely to launch in South Korea between 700,000 to 800,000 won (Rs 45,846 – Rs 52,395). In comparison, the Galaxy S20 FE was launched for 899,800 won (Rs 58,926) in the country.
