Samsung India has announced through a media release and on its official Twitter handle that the Galaxy S21 FE 5G with the Snapdragon 888 SoC is launching soon in India. Notably, the chaebol launched the Galaxy S21 FE in India last year in January. The Indian variant was launched with the Exynos 2100, whereas in the US and several other markets, it launched with the faster Snapdragon 888 chipset.
The company is now bringing the US variant of the best-selling smartphone to India with 256GB of RAM. Samsung has already put up a dedicated Notify Me page for the smartphone on its website, where interested buyers can sign up to get notified when the phone launches.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Snapdragon 888 Price in India, Availability
Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S21 FE Snapdragon 888 variant will launch in India this month. Speculations are rife that the brand might launch the smartphone towards the end of the month. The Exynos 2100 debuted in India with a starting price tag of Rs 54,999. In contrast, according to the latest leak, the Snapdragon 888 variant will be priced at Rs 49,999 for the 256GB variant.
We can expect the brand to provide introductory offers like the Exynos 2100 variant, which was available at Rs 5,000 instant discount to HDFC Bank customers. The smartphone will likely be available for purchase from Samsung E-store, Amazon India, and other retail partners once it launches.
