Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ Leaked Camera Specs
While the launch of the Galaxy S22 series is a couple of months away, display and camera specs of the devices have leaked. Popular tipster IceUniverse has shared more details about the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+. As per the shared information, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ will share the same camera configuration.
Both the phones will have a 50MP triple camera setup, the primary 50MP sensor will have an aperture of f/1.8 and 1/1.57″ sensor size. It will have a 10MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and 1/3.94″ sensor size with 3x zoom capabilities. The devices will use a 12MP ultrawide lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and 1/2.55″ camera size.
On the front, the devices will use a 10MP front camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and 1/3.24″ sensor size. Other than the camera details, the tipster also shared the screen size of both phones. The Samsung Galaxy S22 will have a screen size of 6.06 inches while the Galaxy S22+ will have a screen size of 6.55-inches. Both phones are expected to feature an AMOLED display.
While there is not much to share about the phones’ specs as of now, there are rumours that Samsung may finally use the Snapdragon SoCs instead of the company’s own Exynos in India. The Galaxy S22+ Ultra was recently spotted on Geekbench benchmark website with Exynos 2200 SoC. Previously leaked images have further confirmed that the phone could feature the S-Pen in the device.
