Samsung is gearing up for the next Galaxy S-series of flagship devices. The company is rumoured to launch the Galaxy S22 series early next year. If rumours are to be believed, the Galaxy S22 series will debut in January 2022. Samsung is yet to confirm the key details of its upcoming flagship smartphone series. While we wait for that to happen, alleged images of the Galaxy S22 Ultra have leaked online. The leaked details confirm some of the previous leaks while striking off some rumours. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra live images

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be the company’s top-end flagship for 1H22. The device’s live images have leaked online ahead of the official launch. Leaked images of the S22 Ultra by Jon Prosser reveal that the device has a curved screen at the front. It was previously rumoured that the phone will come with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre.

On the back, the phone will continue to have a quad-camera setup. Previously rumours claimed that the phone will have a P-shaped camera module. However, it turns out that the device will have three sensors placed vertically, next to which is the fourth sensor below the laser autofocus and LED flash.

According to the leaked details, the camera setup is not getting any major upgrades. Samsung will use a 108MP primary camera sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera and another 10MP telephoto camera with 10X optical zoom support.

The leak also confirms that the S22 Ultra will come with an S Pen slot. At the bottom edge lies the cutout, which will apparently come with the S Pen. Samsung is likely to offer the S Pen with the device in the box itself. Other leaked details of the Galaxy S22 Ultra include a Snapdragon 898/ Exynos 2200 chip under the hood, 45W charging support, etc.
