Features-wise, it is somewhat identical to the Galaxy S23 except for the screen size, battery life and fast charging. The phone is priced under Rs 1 lakh in India and challenges the other major Android flagship in its league, the Google Pixel 7 Pro. Both devices are said to be two of the best Android flagship phones that one can get their hands on. Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus vs Pixel 7 Pro: Price in India
The Galaxy S23 Plus comes with a price tag of Rs 94,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The 8GB RAM and 512GB model is priced at Rs 1,04,999. The Pixel 7 Pro comes in a single storage configuration with 12GB RAM and 128GB storage that is priced at Rs 84,999.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus vs Pixel 7 Pro: Design
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus gets a metal frame on the sides. In terms of design, the phone has gotten a makeover on the rear panel with no camera island, thus giving it a clean look. The device has a glass back. The display on the S23 Plus is now flat and sports thinner bezels than before. Samsung has now added camera rings around the lenses on its device.
The Google Pixel 7 Pro has a unique design when compared to the Galaxy S23 Plus. It has a visor-like camera design on the back which may cater to a different type of audience.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus flaunts a 6.6-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with an adaptive refresh rate feature between 48Hz and 120Hz. It is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and you have support for 1750 nits of peak brightness level. The on-screen biometric works through the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Google Pixel 7 Pro sports a large 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has the old gen Corning Gorilla Glass on the back and front to protect it.
Comparing both phone displays, the Pixel 7 provides a better resolution display.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus vs Pixel 7 Pro: Performance and UI
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus gets a special treatment from Qualcomm as it gets a customised version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip called the Snapdragon for Galaxy. Just to make things easier for you, it is basically an overclocked Snapdragon chip. It has 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
On the other side, the Pixel 7 Pro is powered by the company’s in-house Google Tensor G2 chip. However, the Pixel 7 Pro chip falls on the weaker side when compared to a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. But, the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities of the Google Tensor G2 can’t be ignored. This helps the Pixel 7 Pro to have some special features.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus boots OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box. The UI is said to be refined and smooth compared to its previous iterations. The OneUI 5.1 brings some new features to the Galaxy S23 series.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus carries the same camera setup as its predecessor. There is a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) support. Accompanying the main sensors are a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 10MP telephoto sensor that also has OIS support. It has a 12MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus gets a big battery compared to the S22 Plus. The Galaxy S23 Plus has a 4,700mAh battery unit inside that supports 45W charging. It also supports 10W wireless charging. The Pixel 7 Pro, on the other hand, has a bigger 5,000mAh battery with 23W charging. It also supports fast wireless charging, but with Pixel stand only.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus has an upper edge over the Pixel 7 Pro because of fast wired charging and better wireless charging compatibility. Both devices do not come with a charger in the box.
