Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus Specifications
The promotional images shared by EV leaks reveal that the vanilla Galaxy S23 would feature a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an Infinity-O punch hole. In contrast, the Galaxy S23 Plus will sport a larger 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.
Both smartphones will have an FHD+ resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. A small 3500mAh battery with 25W fast wired charging will back the Galaxy S23. A large 4700mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging will pack the Galaxy S23 Plus.
It will also support fast wireless charging 2.0 and reverse charging tech. On the optics side, both smartphones sport a triple-rear camera setup with a primary 50MP sensor.
The sensor will be paired with a 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. The display will house the 12MP sensor inside the punch-hole in the center.
Other common specifications include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and support for face unlock. The Galaxy S23 would have 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of UFS storage.
On the other hand, the Galaxy S23 Plus would be available with 8GB RAM and 256/512GB of UFS storage. The Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus will be available in four color options: Cream, Lavender, Phantom Black, and Green.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Specifications
The top-of-the-line Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with the same Infinity-O punch hole. However, it will come with a QHD+ panel and an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz.
A large 5000mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging tech backs it. The device also supports fast wireless charging 2.0 and reverse charging tech.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra would be available in two variants with 8GB / 12GB of RAM and 256GB / 512GB of storage. Samsung will continue to include support for S Pen with the device.
The smartphone will feature a quad-rear camera support with a large 200MP primary sensor. The sensor will be accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP dual telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom and 100x space zoom.
It will sport the same 12MP front camera as other smartphones in the lineup. The color and biometric options will be identical to other smartphones in the Galaxy S23 series.
