The first model number, SM-T505 is for the Wi-Fi only variant of the tablet, while the latter is the LTE variant. This also gets confirmed with the firmware builds for both variants, which also belong to the Indian region, by the way. Internal storage has scope for further expansion by up to 1TB with the help of an external SD card.
